James Jakes Returns to the GP2 Asia Series for Abu Dhabi, Yas Marina - 12/11/2010
James Jakes this weekend has returned to racing after missing the final rounds of the GP3 series with a hand an wrist injury suffered he sustained whilst racing.
James is racing with the Italian Coloni squad and is hopeful of a quality outing on his return to the Formula.
James Qualified 22nd out of 24 cars on his return with a fastest time of 1m50.901s.
During free practice James set his fastest time of 1:53.106 after 13 laps to set 20th fastest. Hopefully as the GP2 Asia series continues James can once again claim a podium finish as he has previously done with the Supernova Squad.
