Description
One of only two racing circuits in Wales (the other is Pembrey, near Swansea) and unique in Britain as being located off the mainland (Isle of Man TT course aside), Anglesey opened in 1997 on the site of the former Ty Croes rallycross circuit. The land was originally an army camp, however. Rallycross still takes place here on a special section which bypasses the second half of the track.
