James Jakes battled his way into the top 10 from the eighth row of the grid during the first F3 Euro Series race at Zandvoort on Saturday.
The British driver made his way up from 16th to 10th during the race, but he was still slightly disappointed to lose time stuck behind championship leader Edoardo Mortara, who eventually spun out of the race after a long battle between the two.
